We are officially HOME OWNERS!!!!
We had our walk thru at 830 (half hour) everything was amazing - our closing was literally 20 minutes, they cut us a check on the spot for our over payment (cha-ching!) And we were on our way to clean/paint the new house.
The house was so clean, it didn't even need a vacuuming. Apparently, they cleaned the entire thing top to bottom that even when we took down the vertical blinds there were no dust on the covers or anything!!
I don't have before pictures of the bedrooms (all white walls they had painted 3 months ago) but I do have after pictures that I will put up once our internet and such is hooked up this week
DH is awaiting the movers at the apartment and I am at the house patiently awaiting furniture delivery from the store  .

Wow, what a speedy process you had!! We closed two months ago and we're still not in!
