Free prescription glasses for kids under 12 at Target
Anyone who's DC wears prescription glasses - check with Target. I've heard that until 4/29/09 (at least) they are giving a free pair of prescription glasses to kids under 12, including the good lenses (with the scratch resistant coating I believe). The child gets to choose from 40 different frames. You do need to bring their prescription with you or I guess have an exam there. I'm not sure which Targets offer these services but I thought I'd post it in case someone wanted to check it out.
