Was at Rachel's twice this summer and felt the food was not as good as previous times. I know they have a new owner.

Pier 95 on Hudson Avenue. It's in a marina off Nautical Mile. Food is very good. I agree with pp about Rachel's; it wasn't good the last couple times I went.

DH and I LOVE Pier 95. Not on the Nautical Mile, but close and on the water.
