French drain cost
How much would it cost to do a french drain with a sump pump?

we were quoted 8500 originally but then they call us in the middle of winter when it was slow and cut us a deal for 6500 with 0% financing for a year! FM if you want the company the name is escaping me but they are very well known..

We had to do one a couple of years ago, it was about $11K. But it was a huge area, and we already had a finished basement where they had to partially unfinish and then re-finish. It was a messy, messy job. We also had to replace all the carpeting because of the water damage we had previously.

we just paid 3k for ours . . .
Got one other quote that was 5k
(this is not including the work we have to do to RE-finish it. We have to put new flooring down and had to rip up the old, but we did/are doing all of this on our own.)

my parent's got theres for 6K. It's priceless really. You'll have extra living of storage space and not have to worry about ruining things.
