My friend just called Live Nation.
Under 2 does NOT need a ticket provided that they will be sitting on your lap. The guy she spoke to put her on hold to check with the venue as well.
We are good to go! 
If you did pay for your child under 2, I would bring someone else with you!

Mine too! I just called as well and he told me the same thing. This is the number I called 800-653-8000. He actually said, "Don't listen to anybody else, only what we tell you counts!"

not sure wht number there but I also called live nation(ticketmaster) and they said the same thing.. I had to find a sitter for DS.. Not worth ruining DD's bday surprise!!
when u called-did you tell them that on their website it says differently?
I did not because I never saw that on their site. I did order tickets for the imagination movers this past week and saw it for them and printed it out... But they did tell me this was Nick's call to charge for anyone over 1
