Friday's Dr appt- I have follies!!!
SO happy right now!!! 
The dr. at the office did the sonograms this morning and found both of my ovaries  On my right ovary I had a 12.5, 2-12's, an 11.5, an 11, a 9, and smaller. On my left (which they couldn't find the other day) I had an 18, a 15.5, a 14.5, a 13.5, 2-13's, and 11.5 and smaller! The dr seemed puzzled that they couldn't find it the other day and then told me that's my 'better ovary'. I think she said I had over 12 smaller on one ovary and over 20 smaller on my other ovary... wonder if any of them will catch up at this point.
Now I get to wait and see what the vmail brings! I hope I get my vmail before I leave this afternoon- I took the trip back out east so I could try to bring only what I need instead of the entire box since it's supposed to be a hot one today!

YEAH!!! Wonderful news!!!! That's so great that she found your left ovary b/c that 18 is probably your lead follie!!!
They'll probably have you add ganerelix tonight so don't forget to take one of those!! I say that b/c of the 18. They'll want to slow that one down and give the others a chance to catch up!!!!
ps. I'm assuming you went to PJ today so, no lunch????

Thanks! This will be my 3rd night on the ganirelix.  They said they start you on it when your lead is around 12- but they started me on it before then I think (though now I see they 'really' didn't  ). So excited to see the 18!!! That makes me feel like I'm getting closer.

I wouldn't be surprised if they trigger you by Sunday night. They grow pretty quickly once they catch on.

That's what I'm 'hoping' for. DH is supposed to work all day on Mon and Tues  (he's freelance and knows how last min play it by ear this whole thing is). He told the guy (who only confirmed this morning) that he may not be able to work on Monday and/or Tuesday, depending on his wife's medical situation- and the guy gave him an attitude, which I guess is understandable. I just wish we could narrow it down a little more, but I guess only time will tell, right?

You will be triggering I bet in 1-2 days since lead is 18. I'm telling you tomorrow that one could be 20 something, and the rest around 18. This is the amazing part.

I'm really  that I can trigger on Saturday night. DH can't get out of work on Tuesday as of now, so I don't know what we're going to do about this...   We have some figuring out to do if I don't trigger tomorrow (tonight by this point).
I'm going back later on this morning for more bloodwork and another sonogram. They had me take 6 amps of menopur again tonight as well as the ganirelix and dexamethasone... we'll see what they say!
