whats the purpose of them on LIF?
is it for others to see who will also gang up on you if you start beef on a thread? lol

I'm not really sure, I use it to remember who I was talking with who about what... if that makes sense.. I don't have many friends on here, nor do I have many fb friends either (I do a lot of purges on FB, also, it didn't hurt that it got hacked a few years back and my entire history and friends had gotten wiped from my original 200x- when did it start?)...

How do you know again if you have a request?
I have a few "friends" but I don't even think some of them post anymore.
I remember coming across them randomly and it looked like they had been sitting for months.
I'm dumb with navigating the basics on here.

No point really..when I was pregnant I friend requested a lot of the other girls I was pregnant w bc I felt like they were my friends I guess haven't done it since

I think it's for people who you find yourself PMing a lot. Once I had to PM someone I have known on these boards for years and I couldn't remember the exact spelling of her screen name. I had to look for an old post of hers for over 10 minutes till I was finally able to click on her name and message her.

So funny. I haven't looked in yrs. I just looked and had 7 requests sitting. I see it as best friend charms when you were 5. We're friends. No we're not friends. Crazy to think wed be doing this after 6 :)
