Frigidaire appliances

We are buying all new appliances (fridge, gas range/oven, MW, and DW). We are limited in the fridge because we need side by side and counter depth and counter depth tends to be more expensive. So after much research I found a Fridgidaire that I like, meets my criteria, and is in my price range, but now I need all the other Frigidaire appliances to match. I found some that I like, but I don't know much about Frigidaire as a brand and for service. What experiences do you all have????

Re: Frigidaire appliances

Can I ask why you need all Frigidaire? I like to buy the best for my money - regardless of brand. If Frigidaire makes the best fridge (in my range) and Kemore makes the best dishwasher (again, in my range) then I will get them rather than worry about matching appliance names.

Just curious.

I want the color of the stainless and the styles to all match. I am afraid if I cross brands it will look to mismatched especially because I have a small kitchen and the appliances are so close to each other.

Can I ask which fridge are you looking at and what the cu is? I am leaning towards the counter depth side by side Kitchen aid because it seems to be the biggest counter depth one I found.

I am going with all different brands (my oven was bought a year ago and I can't buy a new one to match the refidge) and I know the handles and stainless won't match - they are not all necessarily near each other in my new design but it is still irking me.

We are deciding between a couple of the side-by-side counter-depth stainless frigidaires, all of which are 22.6 cubic feet. I would love the professional model but I don't know if it is worth it. The pro model has stainless on the sides too, but I think most is going to be hidden by are cabinets. I want bigger too but our kitchen is too small Chat Icon

Thanks....I guess I am sticking with KitchenAid - it is 24.5 cu and counter depth. Whirlpool has a simliar one as well but I think the trim is black - I can't find it in a store only online.

If your cabinets are hiding it - probably not worth it then - just ne more $$ rather than value...right? I am sure it will be fine....

Did you ever think frigdes would drive you so crazy - lol

We ordered our appliances today. we ended up going with the pro model because my first choice was out of stock and I needed it ASAP. FYI, I ordered from appliancesbuyphone.com and saved over $1300 total on my fridge, range, MW, and DW!! Also, the guy told me frigidaire is raising their prices on Wed (GE, Jennair, and a bunch others raised their prices today (or tomorrow).

Re: Frigidaire appliances

I just bought stainless Frigidaire appliances. I love the way they perform very well (the dishwasher, stove etc). I wanted them to match which is why I bought the same brand. Although I've only had them for a week and you see every single thumb print Chat Icon but i think thats all stainless regardless of brand.

Congrats!!! I am going to check this site out. I already ordered my cooktop and dishwasher and have my stove. I only need to get range hood, sink and fridge now.....but I need to find a cheaper price on the fridge for bargaining power!!!
