Frozen Cycle

I can't believe I'm back on her to ask a question about TTC again! My DS just turned 1 and I'm almost ready to call my RE for an appointment to discuss getting ready for a frozen cycle. I have 8 embryos left over from my IVF.

Can someone give me a brief overview of what the process entails. Also, I'm still breastfeeding DS so I haven't gotten my period yet. Do you know I'll need to stop so that my cycle regulates itself again?

I got pregnant with DD from a FET. It is SO easy. I just took estrace and went in on day 3 and day like 13ish for monitoring. They checked my lining and scheduled the transfer!!!

I juts got PG from my 1st FET

As PP said, it was SO easy....I basically took the Estrace patches every other day, started PIO a few days before ET, maybe 3 appts total and that was it...

Far easier than a fresh cycle and for me, it seemed like even less monitoring than my previous IUI's !!

yup everything mentioned is correct.. a frozen cycle was much less stressful than a fresh cycle... youll find it to be a BREEZEEEEEEEEE

Thanks for the info! It sounds almost too easy after everything we went through the first time. I'm crossing my fingers that it will work. Now I just have to schedule an appointment with my RE. It's going to feel so weird to be back at the office again. I feel like I lived there for a year!
