How much fruits and veggies do you give your 13 month old a day?

He has 2 tbls of applesauce mixed with his oatmeal in the am, then a stage 2 veggie for lunch with grilled cheese or something else, and then a half a banana or a whole peach, etc with dinner.

I was thinking the SAME thing earlier today. I find it challenging to get enough fruits and veggies. Esp since now he's on 90% table food. I've tried real veggies, but he refuses some (most of the ones with a skin-beans, corn, and peas)

she gets fruit for lunch and sometimes breakfast. She just recently began eating veggies - with dinner she has green beans or edamame

my DD LOVES fruit. I asked the ped a few months ago about it b/c mikayla would NOT eat veggies (she used to eat them in baby food form all the time, so I was about it)
The ped said, it is fruit and/OR veggies so it was okay that she was eating only fruit

Re: fruits/veggies and your 13 month old
Breakfast... usually pumpkin, apple or blueberry pancakes, waffles, scrambled eggs, muffins AND a fresh fruit... strawberries, peaches, kiwi, banana
Lunch... at daycare but they always have a veg w/ lunch
Snack... if at home a fruit bar or banana if they had less prior in the day
Dinner... at least two vegs, always one green. Sometimes they are within a veggie burger, pureed in a homemade meatloaf, etc.
Usually 5 servings a day, balanced between the vitamins.

Usually fruit 2-3x a day A peach with breakfast &/or a stage 2 or 3 with lunch or for a snack.
Veggie with dinner. Whatever we are eating or I will just make one for her & give her leftovers with lunch next day or as a snack. She loves cooked baby carrots.
So far she eats ANYTHING we give her.
