Frustration!
Hi everyone! Sorry to vent, but I am getting very frusted w/ apartment hunting! There are hardly any studio/1 bedrooms in our price range, and the ones that are don't return phone calls! Any ideas about where to look? I have tried craigs list, newsday, and will be trying pennysaver. Help! I need ideas/prayers.

Even though you'll have to pay a commision, maybe it's worth it to use an agent. Good Luck!

We are looking in nassau/western suffolk (huntington, farmingdale, massapequa, hicksville, commack, hauppauge, etc). Basically we want a decent enough area that we will feel safe that FH won't have a hour+ commute to the city, & that will be reasonably close to my school (brookville).

I know you said that you're looking in Nassau or Western Suffolk, but my DH and I are moving out of our apartment on June 20th. It's in Babylon village, walking distance of the train. It's really a great apartment. If you are at all interested, just FM me. If not, I wish you luck. I know it can be frustrating.
