Fry or Bake using Pampered Chef Stones
I want to make parmesean crusted pork chops tomorrow for dinner with friends. I usually fry them but I was wondering if you think I could bake them on my stone instead? I much prefer baking to frying but I didn't know if I should try it on guests with this recipe...What do you think? Thanks!

I used a Pampered chef Baking dish to bake my breaded chicken cutlets all the time and they come out so juicy!!  Ijsut spray the pan with some Pam spray and spray the cutlets also!!

When I use my stoneware pan from Pampered Chef and I bake for example chicken cutlets, they become crispy; amost fried-like, but baked.
And you can never burn on them!

I use mine all the time for chicken cutlets and pork chops/cutlets
it tastes and looks like I fried them.
I love my stones!

I never fry chicken cutlets anymore bc they come ou so much better on the stone. DH actually perfers it too!
