Fully executed contract!
finally!!! It feels like forever, since we started looking in September (I know it doesn't sound like very long, but we both work in NYC and only have 2 days on weekends to look at houses!)... and after looking at what seems 10000 houses, we finally found THE one that is the best one for us right now.
I can't wait till we close, the plan is to get ourselves in there by Christmas, good thing we already have our mortgage lined up!
SO EXCITED!
