Fulton Steamboat at Lancaster
I heard good things about this hotel... If you stayed there before, how did you like it?
And is it worth it getting a room with a balcony? It's $20 more per night.

we stayed there last summer. we had a ground floor room which was perfect for us and our two toddlers. we were not in our room enough to need a balcony.

I stayed there about a year ago. We did not have a balcony. It's not like the view is fantastic, plus it's not the kind of trip where you're in your room that much. I would say not worth it.
ETA your first question - we liked it a lot and would definitely go back.

No need for the balcony.
We loved it there and we thought it was perfectly priced.

Love the steamboat.... by far one of my fav hotels in Lancaster. We had a balcony it over looks the amish farm. In the summer its pretty cool to see the cows grazing. But its def not something you MUST have staying there.
