Fun gift ideas for friend's gift exchange

I need something really funny, but useful. Not so much a gag gift, but fun.
We do a Hanukkah exchange with friends. One of our good friends is a principal at a middle school. He gets pens every year that says "This pen was stolen off the desk of Mr. XXXX"
It's become his staple at school. He always gives us a pen too.

So last year we had a big beer mug made that said "This beer was stolen off the desk of Mr. XXXX"
We put in yellow then white tissue paper like a beer inside and got him a 6 pack.

Need something funny like that. Any great ideas. I think we raised the bar and now are expecting another good one. LOL
