For both of my boys as newborns/infants their chubby cheeks and their blue eyes. For Logan now as a toddler, his height- people think he's 3 instead of 2.

DD's blue eyes (thanks DH!) (contrasted with her dark hair) and her super long eyelashes. People always says she looks like a little doll.

Lily gets comments on her eyes and her hair.
Her hair is gorgeous, I have to admit! It's never been cut (besides a trim on the bangs here and there) and grew in beautifully. I'm eternally jealous of her curls
And her eyes are incredibly expressive.
