Fun Topic Spinoff...How will you tell?
Dont know if this was asked before, but How will you tell everyone?
I know I said I would tell my parents & inlaws right away, however, if I can keep a secret I would love to frame the sonogram and have them open it on a holiday or someones bday.
Something really fun like that.
If I cant keep a secret (LOL I probably wont), I will do the whole "I love my grandma/grandpa" bib/book theme.

I'm hoping I can wait until the 1st sonogram then put it in a card or something. I'm not sure how good I will be at keeping it secret from my mom for that long though!

That's exactly how I always imagined telling our families! But I have sucha big mouth I'll probably blurt it out immediately....

I have a daughter and we told our families at a christmas eve celebration. I had just had an 8 week sonogram and wrapped it up in a box for both my mom and my mom in law and had them both open it at the same time. It was very cool! They were both shocked and very excited.

I always planned on asking my parents what they wanted their grandchild to call them... and then telling them they had 9 months to figure it out!
