Funky baby tooth?

Does anyone's DC have a tooth that grew in abnormally like split or like a very thin sliver? DD's tooth is coming in and it is sooooooo skinny- like a sliver. It is the tooth between the bottom front and the bottom pointy tooth (is it called a K-9?) It is getting me nervous because it looks so delicate like it could break very easily. I am guessing she will be referred to a pediatric dentist for this but am wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience. TIA!

Im not sure if DS has any like that, but i have noticed that he got 2 bottom teeth first. then one came in on each side, but kind of behind them.

So im worried that they will be growing in weird later on. One of his bottom teeth though looks smaller than the rest..or maybe its still coming in.

Pointy tooth is called a canine. I couldn't tell you if the erupting tooth is malformed without seeing it. I always encourage going straight the dentist if you are worried. You do not necessarily have to take her to a pedodontist, your own dentist should be able to evaluate.
