Has anyone ever used Sears or Home Depot to replace their furnace or central air ? I know they subcontract out just wondering if anyone has experience. We are def getting quotes from other places as well.

We used Sears to install our central air. I was kind of skeptical, but a neighbor recommended them and DH wanted to go with them so we did. That was about 5 years ago and all has been good - no complaints.
