Furniture (crib) delivery- BBB vs Walmart

I wanted to order my crib from BBB since that's where my registry is and because I heard they have great customer service. I found it but it was significantly less on Walmart.com. I called BBB and they did a price match. The crib gets the "white glove" delivery service from BBB and may take 2 weeks to arrive. BBB will arrange for a time to come to my house and they will put the crib in the room where I want it and unpack it for me.

I'm perplexed because on the Walmart website, it says that I would get it by Thursday (5 days from now) via either FedEx or UPS.

I'm wondering if I should cancel the BBB order and order the crib from Walmart.

Has anyone had experiences ordering furniture from either store? Is BBB usually faster than their stated time or is Walmart usually slower?

Are you due in the next 2 weeks? If not, then I don't see the big deal waiting 5 days vs 14.

We used bbb for dd2 and had a great experience. They brought all the furniture upstairs to the nursery and assembled the crib and a small extra fee.

If you do walmart the box will be left at your door and you'd still have to bring it upstairs. It's heavy.

I would do bbb. I know you said they price matched it but you could have also used a 20% off coupon. Not both. See which is cheaper. Coupon or price match

Thanks for the responses. I'm due in 4 weeks but we are planning on putting the baby in a bassinet which we already have so we don't need the crib before she's born. It just would be nice to have it asap rather than be in transit. As far as the price, yes the price match was much better than using a 20% off coupon!
