Furniture... Home Decorators Catalog???
Has anyone ever ordered anything from the catalog? Just wondering if it is good or crap.

we ordered a tv stand from them and it came already broken, it was crappy fake wood, they did refund our money for us though...

We got a catalog in the mail the other day, they had something that is exactly what we re looking for... so I did some Internet research - it's almost universal that the customer service sucks and almost all reviews were negative - quality, amount of time it takes to get the items...
We decided not to take our chances!

I ordered a tv stand. I was happy with it, it's not the highest quality but I knew that based on the price. It serves it's purpose. My mom ordered the same tv stand and it came in cracked, they ended up refunding her the total cost and she was able to keep the item (it wasn't that bad of a crack) based off of that I would say their customer service was pretty good. I would order again from them in the future but I wouldn't order something for a high traffic area.

I ordered a corner computer desk and was happy with it. It was on sale though. I dont think I would have paid full price for it.
