Both are great, I love the second - but I'm more a traditional person, esp. if you think you might use the furniture later for another baby.

This is hard! Normally I'd go for something I could use again, but to be honest - that second set is GORGEOUS!!! OMG LOVE IT! Are you able to convert it into a set that  can use as she gets older?

I know! That second is SO feminine and gorgeous. It's from Stanley/Young America...The Ma Marie Collection. The other is the 4 Seasons.
The crib becomes a bed, so I wouldn't use it for another baby. It will always be hers...
