Dear fellow Coindre Hall goers,

Late last week we got an email from a long time Coindre Hall goer and frequent visitor to the park that her dog got kennel cough a few days ago. Since he hasn't been into contact with dogs other than those at Coindre Hall in the last several weeks, he probably got it there. He's under veterinary care and on medication now and will not be visiting the park until he's well.

Keep an eye and ear out for hacking and a throat-clearing sound, especially when the dog is excited. Kennel cough can usually be treated with a seven to 10 day course of antibiotics.
