FYI for parents with special needs children
I run this program and thought this may be of interest to some of our families here. not sure if there was a specific place that i could post this, so if it needs to be moved, thanks!
MID-ISLAND Y JCC’S K.I.S.S. CENTER TO HOST WINTER OPEN HOUSE
FOR FAMILIES OF CHILDREN & TEENS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS
Plainview, NY – Enjoy a light breakfast with the staff of the Mid-Island Y Jewish Community Center’s K.I.S.S. Center (Kids In Special Services) and learn about the many programs available to children and teens with special needs on Sunday, February 10, at 10:30 a.m. at the Mid-Island Y JCC, 45 Manetto Hill Road, Plainview Children will be entertained while parents have an opportunity to ask questions and discuss programming. Every family that attends will receive a discount voucher towards admission to the JCC’s Family Magic Show taking place that afternoon at 2 p.m.
