Gall Stones..

I wa diagnosed after a trip to the ER

- any food suggestions to EAT or avoid?

- what was your experience?

- how do you live with it?

Hi there..sorry to hear it, it is PAINFUL..until you have your gall bladder out, eat low fat foods (and even after) Unfortunately, the only solution to the problem of the attacks is having your gall bladder out (sometimes Gas X will help, but I think that's more of a placebo effect)..I have a terrific surgeon..FM if you want..take care and feel better!!
