game night menu...need some more suggestions
2 weeks ago when we hosted game night, our menu was Spinach dip Cheddar bacon dip (delicious!) English muffin pizzas Chicken fingers Pigs in a blanket
We’re hosting again tomorrow, wanna switch it up a little Cheddar bacon dip (since everyone loved it) Bean dip (cream cheese, refried beans, salsa, cheddar…then baked) Mini calzones (flattened out biscuits filled with ricotta and mozzarella cheese served with marinara)
Any other suggestions? Looking for snack type food. finger foods. etc

Re: game night menu...need some more suggestions
Mini Meatballs done in a slow cooker -- 12 oz grape jelly, 12 oz chili sauce, and a bag of frozen cocktail sized meatballs (NOT italian flavored)... it easily doubles and is always popular
Shrimp? If your crowd likes it, you do shrimp cocktail or I've done shrimp marinated in olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, and fresh parsley (served cold)
For a variation (less labor intensive) on the PP's potato skins suggestion, Taste of Home has a Waffle Fry Nachos recipe that has all of the same flavors (waffle fries baked with cheese, bacon, scallions, sour cream., etc.). Always a hit!
Brie bites - frozen mini phyllo cups filled with a spoonful of seedless raspberry jam, a cube of brie, and a pecan half - baked at 425 for 6-8 minutes (or until melted/bubbly). Can also make a variation with goat cheese or mozzarella, tomato and basil.

My friend made these and they were so delish!
Garlic Knot Sandwiches
Garlic Knots sliced in half (not re-heated) Ham, Salami and Provolone sliced Shredded lettuce
Then you could do also sliced knots with fresh mozz and roasted peppers.
