Garbage disposal stinks
What can I put in the garbage disposal to get rid of the funky smell? I hate this thing, I cannot wait to replace our countertops and sink and get rid of it. Someone I used to work with said to throw either an orange or lemon in there and turn it on, has anyone tried that?

cut up a lemon into wedges and throw it down the disposal, then run it...it will clean up the smell!
