Re: Garden City House

It is small, attached on one side, on a busy street and your backyard is Hempstead. It's located at the very end of Garden City.

Re: Garden City House

Well the lot is 25 X 124..long but narrow, that may be a factor.

Semi attached

It is on what looks to be a main drag (not familar with that street but based on map)....

I would also verify that the schools were GC ... maybe it is on a border and the school are different?

Or maybe it is priced to sell and will be gone by this weekendChat Icon

If you are interested I would call asap! Good luck Chat Icon

Thank you. I tried mapping it but couldn't really tell.

I can't see the link (blocked at work) but you might want to drive by the house. Crossing that border into Hempstead is like night and day!

Re: Garden City House

I think I've seen some others on the same block - they are all attached and were built back in the day when Doubleday or Random house used to giving housing to employees... The space is very very small (the lot is 25 wide) but in one house, they used the space awesomely in terms of layout, in the other, not so much. Go check it out!

Re: Garden City House

I found it on mynassauproperty.com

It looks like it's 27 Meadow, in Garden City. I would say it's affordable because it's on the border of a dicey neighborhood in Hempstead. I would go look at it, to check it out, but I also notice on mynassau property that it has been sold a few times already since 1999. It could mean nothing, but I always wonder about properties like that.

I also noticed it only has 1 bathroom and no garage, which would bring the price down as well.
