gastroenternologist reccomendation
Anyone have a reccomendation for a gastro doc in Nassau county? I live in Baldwin and the doctor I used to go to can't get me in until May! I just got blood work back from my GYN that is saying I may have celiac. Any reccomendations are welcomed! Thanks!

dr mirsky....off of stewart avenue by the mall.....super sweet 222 6140 big practice but only have seen her.....helped me and dh with lots of issues!

He did my endoscopy and colonoscopy - both went perfect no after effects at all

I also recommend Dr. Mirsky!
She is AMAZING!!!! She will come out herself to get you and greet you - no medical assistant; this speaks volumes of her approach. She is patient and will truly listen.
She was also able to diagnose a problem I was having that no other doctor seemed to catch. Two other doctors - including a very well-respected GI - wanted to do "exploratory surgery" on me, and she knew within five minutes what my problem was, and send me to a diagnostic test no one else even mentioned.

Oh, and PS, if you do have celiac, please feel free to message me. My daughter has had it for three years and we are very, very experienced in gluten-free living.

I'm so happy some of you guys use my gastro practice.
I see Dr. Gould and I have seen Dr. Mirsky before. Excellent docs. Gasterenterology Associates.
