Gatorade a week before birth??
Has anyone heard of this?? I have a gf who swears this makes her births easier??? I started drinking it today. I'm guessing the electrolytes replenish everything making us less dehydrated incuding our cervix............???

never heard of it..but I have been drinking it watered down daily now..so by the time I am in labor I should have no problem!!!

I've been drinking Gatorade religiously throughout my entire pregnancy, so I assume my delivery will be a breeeeeeeze

Never heard of it. Its a good idea to be hydrated for your entire pregnancy so it can't hurt but I'm not sure how much it will help. I don't know how much Gatorade you should drink though because of all the sugar, electrolytes, etc.
