Gatorade for bloating?
It seems counterintuitive to me- if I'm bloated would'nt something that has sugar and sodium make me MORE bloated? I'm experiencing crampting and bloating and came across some info about people drinking gatorade when on meds like I'm taking right now (follistim, dexomethasone and femara). Anyone have any experience with this?

It's the electrolytes that help. I don't like Gatorade so I drank smart water and it helped a bit. You can also drink Zico, it's natural coconut water. It comes in flavors, and its actually pretty good.

I know when you hyperstimulate drinking gatorade or V8 can help but I am not sure about bloating. Hyperstimulation occurs after retrieval or ovualtion.

I was on the same meds you were on and I couldn't control the bloating but about 3 days after stopping folitisim and femara I dropped 3lbs and fit back in my clothes...I did try and drink tons of water cause I feel like after I peed I lost more bloat

i drank gatorade for hyperstimulation and for OHSS. it helped minimally but it was better than water which just made me feel full.
