Re: George Forman suggestions
I use mine mostly for chicken. I season it up & grill it.....I do grilled veggies on it..... and there's my meal!
I also grill my turkey burgers on it.

Ok, don't laugh, because I am "challenged" in the kitchen...
but how do you cook veggies on the grill? Do you just put them on raw? Or do you marinate them? Which veggies come out best?

Re: George Forman suggestions
I have not tried this before but I am definitely going to try string beans and asparagus on it! Great idea.

Re: George Forman suggestions
Here's what I cook:
Chicken cutlets: I usually marinate them in Ken's Caesar Salad Dressing for about 5 minutes before I put them on the grill. Then I add salt and pepper and they come out very moist and delicious.
Turkey Burgers: I add crushed garlic, salt, pepper, onion powder, a splash of water and a splash of olive oil. Mix together and make burgers. I put them on the grill and they are delish!
Salmon: I add salt, pepper and olive oil to a piece of salmon. Grill it and it comes out almost w/ a seared crust.
For Veggies: I use raw zucchini, squash and eggplant. Drizzle some balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Then put them on the grill. Sometimes I grill onions for my turkey burgers before I make the burgers. I just slice onions and drizzle w/ a little olive oil.
I have also use the grill to make grilled cheese sandwiches which come out great.
