Getting anxious... nanny situation
So I spoke to R last night and explained the situation- that I need someone nights and with some flexibility at night. She said she would check her schedule and think about it and get back to me today or tomorrow.
There are positives and negatives about both. L's mom is sick- but she is in my neighborhood. R is also a professional nanny and has been working while in school already.
I think either way I will be a little disappointed and also very happy. Either one will be good for Jordana and I know no matter what Jordana will be well cared for and loved.

This is all that matters in the end and I know how you have been battling your feelings over this whole childcare thing. That you have it figured out soon
