Getting breakfast at work-what to order on ww's?
We are celebrating a bday next week and need to know what I can have. I usually have a breakfast sandwich but I am trying to be good. I heard that I can have 3 egg whites for 1 point. What do I have with it so I don't go over 3 or 4 points?

What about two egg whites (0.5 pts) on an english muffin (2 pts) and a slice of ham (1 pt). That's 3.5 pts. Not bad.

I used to get 3 egg white with turkey and tomato on a roll all the time. I also used to get 3 egg white with cheese on a roll.
