Getting Close to Birth Vent....
So far I have been TOLD:
- what I have to wear in the hospital
- what to dress baby in when we bring her home
- when to start taking the baby out of the house
- how I should decorate the room
- how to feed her
- when to sleep
- what to have her wear for Christmas
... and she's not even here YET!!!
LEAVE ME ALONE and let ME figure this out for myself and my baby!
(thanks for letting me vent, I am so aggrivated with a million things right now - this is just what comes to mind!)

Just do the opposite of what they all tell you!
You are going to keep hearing unwanted advice from here on out, sorry. Just wait until someone sees her spit up, they'll tell you how to "cure" it.

Of course they're telling you as much as they can now...The power shift is about to happen. They're trying to get as much out as possible. You get to decide what you want to do with YOUR baby. You don't have to listen to anyone else - not his mom, not your mom, not any well-meaning friend. Your call. Mother's Day? Well that's your call too now. No more of this
"You should be here by X". It's now your day, your baby.
