Wherever you go, make sure they do both ears at once. I made the mistake of going to a place that did one ear at a time. My daughter hated it and was difficult when they had to pierce the second ear, she cried and turned her ear and now they are uneven. I'm actually bringing her back tomorrow to fix them.

I went to the jewerly booth outside Build a Bear in Smithaven Mall...it think it is Piercing Pagoda.
They did both at the same time and she only cried for a few seconds

got my dd's pierced when she was 3.5 months old...the younger the better, IMHO so they do not mess with the earrings

Lisa, I would take Krsitina to your pediatrician's office (if they do it there) - I know my peds office does it.
And let's just for a minute imagine Krsitina even CUTER with her little ears pierced!!!! Is it possible?????

We went to Contempo Jewelers on Hemp. Tpk in West Hempstead. The girl (Christina) was so wonderful with my DD. Friends of ours recommended us there. (their ped. told them about it)
We got DDs pierced at 9 months.

My DD got her ears pierced at 12 months in the Peds office. She did great, I was nervous but it went smooth and she had no problems!

i did them myself at one month. I bought the kit at walmart and bought a tube of adult orajel. I figured that if a stranger can do it, I can and i can numb her ears, they dont. She looks cute!
