No. I had mine on Wednesday for the first time & was fine. I read up on it and it rarely happens unless you were sick or had some symptoms at the time you got the shot. Good luck!

You shouldn't get sick from it.
Just a warning, though- I got mine on Friday and your arm can hurt for a couple days after (mine hurt a lot for a day and a half). I'd keep that in mind when you get it (and which arm you get it in).
