Getting in your milk on WW?

I'm not really into drinking a glass of milk and I'm over yogurt. I'm looking for some other ways to get it in. What's your trick?

Re: Getting in your milk on WW?

I was going to buy the smoothies tonight actually. I know you have to eat like a full cup of cottage cheese for it to be a milk, which I just can not do. How much cheese (meaning low fat whatever, however it is, block, string, otherwise) do you have to eat for it to equate to a milk? I would think a decent amount and that would be a lot of points, no?

I am not sure about the cheese but I can tell you that I love the chocolate smoothies. If you use 1 cup of ff milk it is 2 servings of milk. I get my milk though that and my coffee! But I make my smoothies with 1/2 cup of ff milk, half cup of water and 1/2 banana which is 3 pts and soooooo good!

Re: Getting in your milk on WW?

According to the latest available Filling Foods list, semi-soft cheese does count towards dairy.

Hard or semi-soft cheese = 1.5 ounces for a dairy
Cottage cheese = 2 cups for a dairy
Ricotta cheese = 1/2 cup for a dairy

found online.. will research more since i just found that my 6oz yogurt is only 3/4 of a serving.

I am not on WW but one of my favorite treats (and I bet it'll be low points) is 1 cup FF ricotta mixed with 1 tsp (or sometime a smidge more) sugar free chocolate syrup. Mix it until it is all incorporated & eat! It is soooo delicious! It taste like the filling of a decadent pastryChat Icon

I don't know. I never heard of that. Eggs are dairy but I thought they always counted as a protein.

I like some of your ideas ladies! Thanks!
