Thanks for the article! I never heard of that Fertility Blend...I don't even want to think what else can I do but that study has good result. Maybe in a few months if nothing happens. GOOD LUCK ALL planning, TTC, and just conceived!

Great article...
I was glad to read about what vitamins men should take/eat etc.
DH has been taking a multivitamin but we are going to try to have more Vitamin C now.

It is def a good article. Esp since I've always heard it is really what the women's diet is, not the men that effects pregnancy. Apparently that is not so!

I used Fertility Blend one month and it was good for me, but after that I decided that I had enough vitamins and all I needed to add was some good vitex. I loved the way vitex worked for my cycle...even gave me the most beautiful triphasic chart and less PMS/easier AF. I stopped it when we moved on to a RE.

You know what I think was the single greatest piece of info from that article...
I need to get pedicure (i.e., foot massage) and massages before I O.... I can't wait to tell DH that I need to get more pedicures... Seriously though.. I am gunna get pedicures and make DH give me back massages around the time of O... May lead to some nice Bding also...
