Weekend plans...
Friday night: Food shopping
Saturday: Hair cut/highlights and then relaxing at night w/DH.
Sunday: Apple/pumpkin picking with DH
Monday: Off from work...DH and I will be painting our den.
Favorite Book...that's a tough one as I have many, but if I had to choose 1, it would be The Bell Jar by Sylvia Plath.
Reality TV...I do like some of it...I watched Real Housewives of New Jersey and must admit, that I loved it. I also love shows like Top Chef, Hell's Kitchen, etc. (not sure if they're considered reality or not).

This may sound silly to some, but I'm most proud of owning our home. I grew up in a family that did not have a lot of money and we never had our own home, we always paid rent, so it was always extremely important to me to be able to buy a home. The fact that DH and I were able to buy our home 3 years ago and the fact that we're not struggling, is very important to me. Like I said, this may not sound like an accomplishment to some, but to me, it was/is extremely important.

I grew up in Queens and now live in Holtsville.
I guess what I like most about my CF life is my freedom to do whatever I want whenever I feel like it (within reason of course!). There are certain things in my life that I know I would not be able to do if I had a child and I'm not willing to give any of them up at this stage.

I'm an Executive Assistant for the CFO of a LI company; DH is a phys ed teacher and coaches JV Football and Varsity track.
Brick red was my favorite crayola color...I think it still exists as I know some of the names have changed over the years.

We have two dogs...Lana is a pitbull/lab mix that we adopted from NSAL; Harley is a wire haired dachshund that we rescued from Save a Pet in Pt. Jeff.
We honeymooned in Maui and Kauai.
My favorite season is summer. The hotter the better!!

Our ceremony was at St. Vincent De Paul in Elmont; our reception was at Villa Lombardi's in Holbrook.
DH and I met at Sullivan's in Bayside after I came home early from a miserable trip to the DR.
I have two brothers and one sister - I'm the youngest.
My favorite place I've ever traveled to is Las Vegas; my dream vacation is the Greek Islands.
