Tree sap?......How bad is it? You can try using a clay bar. Or buy tree sap and bug tar remover

there are probably 3 drips. We park under pine trees. A clay bar? Can I find this stuff in the store?

Re: Getting Tree Sap off of your car
Vinny told me that if you bring it to his Car Wash he will take care of it for you. They have this special stuff that they use to take it off. When I read your post I asked him what would take it off and he said "just tell them to come in" so I said "well, honey, it's a girl on LIF-- will they charge her if she brings it in?" and he said "No, if she (or anyone else for that matter) comes in, gets the car washed and mentions to the owner (his dad who is always there) that she has sap on her car- he will take it off and we don't ever charge for that"
So, there ya go! Then, he asked me what color your car was. He said it depends on the color and sometimes that can make it tougher to get out but if you want to bring it down- it's Commack Hand Car Wash on Jericho in Commack across from Macy's and Candlelight Diner (where 454 and Jericho meet).
Him and his Dad are always there-- just ask for Vinny Sr. or Vinny Jr. if you live somewhat local and want to bring it down-- no fuss, no muss and cheapy-cheap! HTH!!!
