gettting through the special days
Today is my husbands birthday. I still cant believe he is not here. How do you get through the special days? I want to do something with DS going forward to celebrate DH on his birthday - this year its just too soon for me.

I am so sorry. On my mom's birthday, my sister and I went to the cemetery. We cleaned up the grave, put some flowers, told her happy birthday, how we miss her and are pissed off she's gone and just sat there and talked for a little bit- about all the stuff our mom did that drove us nuts, how crazy she was, remembered different things she did for us when we were little, etc. After, we went to IHOP to eat which was one of her favorite places. For us, it was just about remembering her which I feel like as time is passing I'm forgetting things about her.
