Gifts for Preschool Teachers?
I'm looking for ideas on gifts to give DD's preschool teachers. There are 2 teachers. DD loves them both and she has learned so much from them. I did contribute to the group gift, but I wanted to get something on my own as well. Any ideas? Nothing that has to be ordred online. Her last day of school is next week. Thanks!

Re: Gifts for Preschool Teachers?
Im a pre-k teacher. I love gift cards or gift certificates to get a manicure/pedicure. One year one of my students her mom got each of the teachers and assistants a beach bag and then took colored index cards and staples gift cards to dunkin donuts and barnes and noble on each one and wrote a little note on each to get the summer started off right!

gift cards and a thoughtful card are the best gifts ever. I can tell you as a teacher, I dreaded getting chocolates because I was always on a diet and i received more soaps/lotions than I ever knew what to do with.

and getting his two main teachers a special candle from my step mom's interior designer. Very popular and smells amazing.

Re: Gifts for Preschool Teachers?
sounds funny but a bottle of wine was always a good one IMO. I don't know if there are any rules about this, but as a former Pre-K teacher, I remember one parent handing me the bag and saying "I bet you REALLY need this some days."
