gingerbread cookies... how hard? any recipes?
I would like to bake gingerbread cookies for my students and have them decorate!
Are they hard to make?  Any suggestions?

I made these over the weekend
Gingerbread Cookie Recipe
They came out really good. They weren't too bad to make...it was just a pain to roll out the dough. Also, I made my own icing, but you could probably make it easier by just buying icing and stuff for them to decorate with.
