Girl dress sizes
Do you think most baby dresses run big? I would like to get a dress for my DD for after her christening. The problem is she's in between sizes. Last week, she weighed 11lbs 8oz. She'll be wearing the dress in two weeks. 0-3 month size is up to 12lbs. 3-6 size is 12-16lbs. I'm not sure of which to get. And I really don't feel like buying both but returning the one I don't use. What do you girls think?

Re: Girl dress sizes
I would get 3-6 months in case she has a growth spurt. BTW, I don't find the weight ranges totally accurate on clothing or diapers.

Def the 3-6. the 0-3 might be flowing on the bottom part but it could be tight on her chest or neck.

Re: Girl dress sizes
I was going to say the 0-3. It really depends on your baby. Mine was and still is able to wear a smaller dress size than her regular clothes. If your baby is a "thin" baby, then go with the 0-3, if she is a "chunky" baby, then go with the 3-6. I really think the smaller size will be better. Take her to the store and try it on her. She shouldn't really grow width-wize THAT much in 2 weeks.
