Girl mommies: what shampoo do you use for your 4 yr old

and do you use conditioner. We just recently started using my regular shampoo and then conditioner instead of the kids 2 in 1 and wow it's so much nicer and fewer tangles but it's weird that she smells perfumey? I guess I need a brand that's not so perfumey. Funny I never noticed or minded it on me Chat Icon

I still use the Johnson and Johnson baby shampoo and a leave in conditioner after the bath.
But I have to do this b/c of medical reasons.
but I know what you mean about the perfume smell since the leave in conditioner is the same one I use. ; )

Johnson & Johnson shampoo + conditioner for curly hair. I was using one from Whole Foods with conditioner in it too and I liked it. It smelled like oranges. I forgot the name. The J & J one I'm using now is nice. The smell is fine. Then I've been putting my Garnier Fructis curly hair cream/gel, so it smells perfume-y too. But her kiddie mousse is not cutting it with her curl/frizz. Chat Icon

ETA: DD's almost 3.5, but I figured I'd answer anyway. Chat Icon

I use the Suave 2 in 1 that smells like strawberry. I'd love to use a separate conditioner because her hair is still tangly, but she fights me so much rinsing 1 thing out of her hair that there is no way I'd be able to rinse 2 out.

My DD has extremely long, curly hair, and I have been using my shampoo & conditioner on her since she was about 2.5. I use Herbal Essences "None of your Frizziness" and I don't think it smells perfumy. If I didn't use mine, I would be spending half my life combing out knots!!! Her hair is almost waist-length.
