Girls, how do you stay sane in between sonos?
I'm almost 10 weeks, I had my last sono 2 weeks ago, our little nugget was great but my next sono isnt until September 24 where i'll be 13 weeks (our ultrascreen)
How do I keep myself calm? I'm such an anxious/nervous freak!! I think I'm having a bad day...can't wait to get my booty back to work next week!

honestly I wish I had some magic trick to tell you, but in all honestly, it is scary waiting for each appointment. So much can happen in a blink of an eye but we have to enjoy our pregnancies and be happy we have made it this far and continue with positive thoughts and prayers

Re: Girls, how do you stay sane in between sonos?
It will get better!! I know until I started feeling flutters and movement I was nervous btwn every appt. It's normal to worry. Once you start feeling your LO, the nerves really do go away.
I noticed that a lot of my anxiety really went away starting at 20 wks. I know it seems far away but each big appt will put you at ease too.
The NT Scan will be a big appt, and that will reassure you everything is ok.
Just try to keep yourself busy during the week. Make plans with friends, yoga, shop, etc. ( whatever you enjoy)
Everything is fine!!!

Re: Girls, how do you stay sane in between sonos?
I think as long as you have no cramping or bleeding everything is fine. That's what I keep telling myself....and I just had my 4th sono! I'm always afraid that something may have gone wrong from the week before. Then I remind myself that I am feeling sick and have all these symptoms with no cramping or bleeding so we're moving in the right direction. I think you'll feel better after 12 weeks and then when you start feeling the baby move.

I know exactly how you feel! I am almost 16 weeks and I am going nuts! The next appointment I have is on Tuesday and it is only for blood. I am not going to see the baby again until oct 6th for my level 2. I just keep telling myself everything has to be ok otherwise I would be bleeding and have cramps.

I want one!!! I keep saying how much I want my own Sonogram Machine so that I can check on him/her daily. I HATE waiting for each appointment. My next one is on September 13 and it feels like years away (even though it's just another week and a half).

I was the same way in the beginning but it truly does get easier... once you feel the baby kick and move around... you are not so worried... just more excited to see them during that next sono.

I hear you!! I'm 11 weeks, and my next appt is one week from today (yay). I can't wait!! I just keep telling myself that I wouldn't want to puke every six seconds if there was a problem.

Re: Girls, how do you stay sane in between sonos?
I felt like that in the beginning, but you start to relax a little more as time goes by (at least I did). I'm in the midst of a long wait now. My last sono was at 19w and my next isn't until 32! I'm at 23w now. At least I can now feel the baby.
