Re: Girls in small apartments....
Do you mean like a pack n play in addition to a regular crib? Or just a smaller crib in general?
We will not be getting a pack n play or a bassinet as it doesn't make sense for us. It's only a one bedroom so we'll never be more than a few steps away from the crib or his changing table. But we don't know about the size crib yet. We're moving next month so we're going to wait until then to measure the one wall in our bedroom to see if we can fit a full-size crib in there or whether we need to get a smaller than normal one.

We have the arm's reach mini co-sleeper. We will use that until she's about 6 months, and are hoping to be out of the apartment by then. If we're not, we'll have to figure something out.

Re: Girls in small apartments....
With DS he was in the bassinett until 4-5 months then we had the pack n play but he didnt like that so we got the crib and its a pretty big crib we just pushed our bed up against one wall so we were able to fit the crib in the bedroom with us... with DD on the way we definately need to move though but it is possible to have a crib in a small apt. we have the changing table in the kitchen... its not the greatest set up but it works....

We are getting a "mini crib." It's basically the size of a parta crib.
I'm having a hard time finding bedding and was hoping someone was getting something similar and could help....

I haven't even thought too much about it. but we are in a really small house.. Just the size of an apartment.. 750 sq. feet. Only one bedroom. I have never heard of a mini crib?? Does the baby grow out of it?

Getting a regular size crib. We already measured it out and it fits. We only have a one bedroom.

Re: Girls in small apartments....
I'm getting a regular crib and a pack n play. Some of the modern cribs are meant for smaller rooms/apartments.

According to the product details, it can be used till the age of 2. Not sure I would use it that long but at least a year. It's not that pricey so I wouldn't mind getting something new....
It's about 40 inches length; the regular cribs seems to be about 55....
I don't have room for a regular crib...
