Girls near the end, i have a question...
Are you experiencing pressure in the pubic bone region but still feel like u can't breathe sometimes?
I swear the baby dropped but there are times where I still feel like shes all up in my lungs, its so weird.
Also as far as the pressure in the pubic bone, is there anything at helps with it? There are days its so painful I cant walk!

Meeeee....I swear he is pushing my hips apart, yet I can not breathe either. I swear I eat something these days and am out of breath from it. I have learned that sitting or standing too much bugs me, so I kinda have to balance it all out. If the pain does get unbearable, I do take tylenol. Doesn't do much, but takes the edge off.

I have the exact same issue. On one hand I feel that if I took a mirror and looked down there I would see his head, but on the other hand, his feet are jammed so far up into my ribs I can't breathe!!!

yes i feel this way all the time now.
i feel like the baby is wearing my cervix as a hat and using my lungs to kick off of. it's exhausting!

Rotating on a yoga ball may help relieve some of the pressure down there.
