because my hair is driving me nuts.

I am thinking of trying this:

http://www.herbatint.co.uk/herbatint/about/herbatint-range.php

It has no Ammonia .

I am 14 weeks 1 day now and the Dr said I can color my hair, but I would rather stay out of a salon and avoid inhaling all those chemicals.

Has anyone used this?

Honestly, my SIL colored her hair all along and my neice is fine. I would try to go on a nice day like today and see if you can get a chair by the door and ask them to keep it open for you.

My motto with stuff like that is just don't drink the stuff and you will be fineChat Icon My boss smoked cigars 30 feet from me for my entire pregnancy and I couldn't do anything about it.

I colored my hair as I normally did. Single process and highlights. I just tried to stick it out longer than usual. The first time I went I was about 14 weeks I think and I have have it done 2 or 3 more times since.

I feel your pain. I let my hair grow out completely natural while I was pregnant. I didn't want to use anything. I got highlights a few months ago because I figure I'd probably be OK with doing that next time around because it doesn't touch your scalp.
I've never tried what you posted though.

I colored my hair too during pregnancy, my ob/gyn told me it was ok.
I did hilites once and vegetable color 1 or 2 other times. I waited until I was in my 2nd trimester.

I feel your pain too!

I dye my hair to hide the greysChat Icon And I wa due just when I got the BFP!.
Now I have a lot of growth of dyed verse natural hair color. Luckily the greys are not that noticable.

I still on the fence about whether to dye or not.

Congratulations! I didn't know you were pregnant. Chat Icon

I was highlighting to hide grey, but I haven't done anything. I just let it all grow out and will decide what to do after the baby is born. People have noticed, but I am not that vain, so I decided to just let it go for now.
